How to Request Deletion
- In the app, go to Settings and select Delete Account.
- If you cannot access the app, email support@podcastkiosk.com using the email address linked to your account.
- Include the subject line Account Deletion Request so we can process your request quickly.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials.
- Your saved subscriptions, playlists, and listening preferences.
- Associated user-generated app data tied to your account.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or financial compliance obligations (for example, transaction records required by law). Retained records are minimized and used only for these purposes.
Processing Time
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification is required, we will contact you.
